Postmodern Pippa

My fav IT girl right now is Pippa Middleton.  I absolutely covet every single piece in her wardrobe.  Upon closer investigation I discovered a possible reason for this:  We share the same birthday!  I believe this explain why she and I both prefer bold monochrome outfits and opt for dresses over slacks.... Maybe it's in our fashion horoscope?  Find here a spectrum sampling of some of her best looks.

Retro, stripes and macrame

Dolce and Gabbana for summer, s'il vous plait!  I love all the fun quirkiness about these outfits.  They seem to have traveled here from a time when bathing suits were more modest and clothes were more well-made.... Pompoms, macrame, stripes....  This line took the best parts of beachwear from the last century, added some updated hemlines and '13 worthy shoes.... and I guess what I'm saying is:               I WANT! I WANT! I WANT!
